One of the worst experiences I had at a salon. My hair was completely ruined and damaged. I went in to get my hair one shade lighter but walked out with two-toned black and burgundy hair color. When I returned to have it fixed, the stylist even acknowledged what he had done wrong. Instead of correcting it, the owner had the audacity to charge me for an entirely new service, which literally fried my hair. I’m writing this review a month after the incident. Paid $75 just to get my hair messed up.
Got a great cut and beautiful foils. I knew the color was great as one of the other stylists walked by and commented on how pretty it was.
