Terrible experience – I went to have my hair colored by Katherine, my hair was light blonde and I wanted it toned to a darker blonde shade. Instead of doing this she used an all over ash brown and added a few highlights. My hair looked grey and I immediately told her I didnt like it. She redid it the next day free and it still looked terrible. Even the other stylists agreed it looked grey and needed brightening up. Worst Haircut ever! – I went to the Headlines salon way back in March and I will never forget my experience. My appointment was booked with Vanessa for a cut. I fully explained to her that I was trying to let my one length hair grow long and only wanted a trim. I watched in horror as she used a razor to take off 5 inches of my one length hair and as my hair was wet I had no idea what it looked like. Worst salon experience of my life – Headlines wants you to think that it's a high-class salon--but it's just a low-class salon at a mall. I could have excused the surly countergirls (no eye contact, no "the robes are over there..."), if only I'd gotten a decent cut. But the "stylist" ignored my extremely specific instructions and roughly hacked at my one-length hair leaving me with a choppy shag.
