Not only is Tatum Mendosa sweet and an absolute joy to talk to, her attention to detail is amazing. She really listens to what you want, then sets about doing it, double checking along the way, and the results? Fabulous!! She really makes her client feel special, like they are the only one in the room. Thank you Tatum for all you do!

Nanna did my hair and makeup for prom. She did an absolutely amazing job, and I was thrilled with the results! She listened to what I wanted and paid close attention to detail. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back!
Nanna Lee has been doing my nails now since January. I cannot say enough good about my experiences with her! I was actually referred by someone whom i trust implicitly, and I was not disappointed. It's very funny that after all these times with her, I *just found out she's a student! I was sure she must be an instructor. Poor customer service. A place that is supposed to be about the customer, when that's their last priority. Every time I try and make an appointment here something happens. The people at the front are so rude. I stood in front of the counter for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. There were 6 girls working, standing there talking to each other. Nana is going to be greatly missed when she graduates on April 19th. She gave me a Euro facial and a pedi today and they were amazingly. An afternoon at Headlines is a spa date for sure.
