Brittany Raine Janis is great! She's given me some of my favorite looks and styles! Highly recommend her.

Not impressed with my haircut. The student didn't seem interested in what I wanted just what she wanted to do. I didn't realize what I didn't like about it for about a week and then figured out she really only cut the length and left the layers longer. I have been going to Headlines off and on for years. I am not sure I will go back
Had gel polish placed on toenails with a different student doing each foot. Polish uneven and parts of nails not completely polished. This review won't let me post pics. Expensive application for the job done. The main student was very sweet so I hate leaving a bad review but it was a very poor application. The instructors signed off on the job without looking at the final results. I have pics though, gladly will share.
I had an awesome experience at Headlines Academy. Got a chemical peel and brow wax from Tasia Pappas. She finished up with complete makeup. She made me feel fabulous! I also had my hair and nails done. The whole experience was awesome. I felt pampered and beautiful when they were done!
Had horrible customer service, nothing was ready and they were late, out of some supplies so didn't get service I paid for, my kid sat in an adult chair, such a pain in the ass. Would never go back......basic mani and pedi took way to long for my daughter and I.
I always receive great results, from pedicures to facial treatments!
