Very unhappy with their product and support. I need new headlights for 2013 Cadillac SRX, they only had the right side. I proceed to purchase it but then decided to get the left from Walmart. After paying to install both sides , the one I got from Headlights.com was inferior and the projector was very dim which surprised me, if I was going to have a problem I thought it would be the one from Walmart not from a company the specializes in headlights. Awesome customer service and support. I purchased headlight replacements for my Toyota tundra. One of the headlights would not adjust for leveling. I called customer service and they asked for a couple of pictures which I provided. They then quickly shipped me out a replacement headlight assembly. Everyone there in customer service was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend there products and will buy again in the future
