Absolutely love my therapist and psychiatrist. They are both a perfect match for me and I feel safe and heard. I would not go anywhere else. If you think you can work through all of our issues, stresses, responsibilities along with our mental health struggles by yourself, we cannot. Please reach out to Headlight and start to feel heard and understood. Its never too late. I am in my 60's and wish I started decades ago.Highly recommend!!!
