Great brewery! Love that first whiff of the brewhouse when walking in. I had the Dark Czech Lager: 5 stars. They also make a 5-star root beer (tastes almost like a cream soda). Decor is funky but comfortable. Hosted events include cribbage, and 'Flagons & Dragons' (D&D). No dogs allowed, but otherwise top shelf.
I'll be back for sure! I love the atmosphere, story, and vision of Headless Mumby. The vibe is friendly across the board. It kind of has the Cheers vibe 👌🏼 Even if they don't know your name, they make you feel like family when you walk in the door. I wish there were more breweries like this. Every time I’m in the area, I make it a point to stop here and you should too. Headless Mumby is a come as you are, non-pretentious, relaxed setting where locals enjoy a pint while a community of brewers visit, sharing their latest creation with the brewmaster. This brewery is my favorite in the Olympia/Lacey areas. The beers are good, the vibe is chill, and they have lots of little events throughout the year to keep things fun. They focus on lagers and have fun German styles, and do NOT have IPAs. If you're like me and have no interest in trying 6 new IPAs when you visit a brewery, then you're going to enjoy the refreshing, easy drinking menu here!
Absolutely love this place!! Friendly staff, family friendly environment, and DELICIOUS beer!
