Awesome. Phenomenal. Superb. I had a tank monitor go out and it affected my fuse panel for monitoring my portable water and black water (CHT). I emailed the company and Scott Mulligan reached out immediately. I was shocked with the amount of service that I received. Replacement part was sent to a service center where I was located and I was able to continue my journey. Thank you all. V/r
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a marine parts dealer. I had a head not flushing properly on my 65’ Hatteras. Stopped by on the way out of town and grabbed all possible parts to address the problem. Installed all the parts and the flush valve they sold me leaked. The screws were stripped out. Went in for an easy return/exchange and they accused me of returning old parts!! They sold me old parts out of the display!
