I've worked with many recruiters over the years. Headfarmer is by far the best. While others leave you feeling that you're no more than a resume in their inventory, the Headfarmer team makes you feel like a valued member of their team while they work to find the right position for you. They take the time to listen to your needs and desires. They focus on ensuring a good fit not just filling a position. I love the Headfarmer team and highly recommend them to anyone searching for a fulfilling opportunity and not just a job.

I have to admit that I never had any luck with recruiting companies but Neil kept contacting me and convinced me to come and talk to him about the opportunity. In the end and due in part to Neil's experience and expertise, I was able to secure a new opportunity in less than 2 weeks.
