Dr. Friedman has clearly already checked out of the profession - offer no help, explanation and never looked at my MRI. His PA was equally as bad. If you are suffering and in constant pain, this is not the doctor you want to rely on.
From the friendliness with my first call to make an appointment, through each appointment and additional phone calls, each staff member that I have encountered in Dr Friedman’s office has been exceptional. Smiling faces, warmth, kindness, knowledgeable, welcoming and comforting. Five stars, for sure!
Everyone is so pleasant as soon as you walk in! I did not deal with not one negative employee. They are all very sweet and accommodating. Dr. Friedman explained everything and was very nice. It is absolutely an amazing atmosphere that will make you not dwell on your pain. I highly recommend this center.
I've come to the headache and paint center.Multiple times for acupuncture and every time it has been a pleasure to be there.They get you in fast and it's just one of the best places I've ever been.The staff is wonderful and I highly recommend if you have any problems that you check these people out
