I had my nails done here for the first time. I have had my nails done many times at other nail salons but decided to try this place because I heard such good reviews. Jade is a lovely person. But I'm not impressed with professionalism here. She was watching videos in her language, video calling in her language, talking on the phone. Not paying much attention. The appointment time you give are not the time you get in !! Most appointments are off by 30 to 60 min. If you have plans! make sure you add an extra hour on to your time. Manicure was great but no soaking of nails was done ! Not your typical Toronto nail manicure !
Very friendly, the owner is an excellent ambassador for the province and told us about a few places to see and trails to go to! Paid close attention to detail with the shape and made sure the nails weren't too thick and looked unnatural. 10/10 would go back again if in the area! :)
