Oscar completely shaved my dogs nose when we didn’t even ask for a trim. When we mentioned it to the owner she had nothing to say. Groomers need to learn breeds and hairstyles. Unacceptable!

I deleted my old review because I’m unable to reply to it but I’ll attach the screenshot that I took of it. You guys are doubling down yet again that she did not fall off the table and that she is fine. Since you stated that you “reviewed” the video and again claim that my 5 month old puppy did not fall 3 or so feet off of the groomers table, I would like to receive of copy of that video immediately please. I’ve emailed you but have gotten no response. Ever since last weekend she has acted funny and her back hips feel weird.... read more
