Massage therapy by AJ Ryan was amazing. AJ really knows how to deal with specific issues by using techniques to gain range of motion and relieve excruciating pain from sciatica.
Convenient location & lots of parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Variety of health services.
I only had one treatment at Head Start, but as a result eversince that I have a terrible lower back pain.
Dr. Head is such a caring and understanding chiropractor. I appreciate all the assistance he has given me and especially the help with getting the right type of orthotics. I would recommend Bryan to everyone for their chiropractic and orthotics needs. If you want the best care in the East end of Kingston Head Start Sports & Wellness Clinic is the place to go. It is also extremely handy that he also has a Registered Massage Therapist, Victoria Pankow, on staff for all your massage therapy needs.
You can not find a better chiropractor to assist you than Dr. Bryan. He takes his time to fully understand your issues and then explains every step of his treatment as he provides it. It is so handy having such a great chiropractor easily accessible on the east side of town. Thanks Dr. Bryan!
