I can’t believe after all these years Kris still works there with how horribly rude & bad at hair she is. My mom went in asking for a couple purple peek-a-boo pieces & she gave her a full head of pink highlights. Many years ago I went in for a haircut & the same stylist cut all my hair off when it was suppose to be a small trim. On top of that she is so rude. I called once to ask about tanning & she didn’t answer any questions I had, made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by calling. I would never recommend to anyone.

Never ever have I seen or experienced such poor customer service and filthy environment. I went in to check out their tanning services. The filth in the room and bed was beyond anything I’ve ever seen. I didn’t fully realize how bad it was until I was standing in there and the bulbs came on. I had planned on buying 100 minutes but thankfully didn’t pay until I got out. At which time I explained to them I would only be paying for the one session because of the frightening filthy conditions. The lady that rang up my sale just ... read more
