I booked an appointment with thid salon months in advance to have my hair done for my son's wedding. Just 2 days prior, they called and said that they had double booked and needed to move my appointment to 9am (Wedding was at 5pm). I expalined that I had to be at the church that morning to finish decorations and asked if they could keep the original appointment.
