I had a wonderful experience with the Dr and staff here. My 3 month old daughter came to get her tongue and lip tie revision. They were very gentle with my daughter before and after her procedure and did a great job showing me how to do the stretches. After her final appointment they even gave my daughter this adorable certificate! Highly recommend!
Honestly wish I never went here! This place is holding my sons records hostage for a year now! I am beyond disgusted, distraught, disturbed, high anxiety, and cry all the time from trauma with what happened to me here, and how they are continuing to treat me! Please stay away from this heartless place! I have called so many times in tears begging for my sons records and they literally don’t care! I can’t even move forward with my son! I am not one to leave reviews, but this experience was unfortunately one of the worst doctor visits I’ve ever had. The lactation consultant was demeaning, critical, and aggressive. I was crying and asked multiple times for her to be less aggressive and the response was not very kind. Once the doctor came to assess my daughters tongue and lip tie, she told us the ties weren’t serious, and that we probably don’t need to get them released. Staff was friendly ,dr.Kittrell was very nice and informative, never fun to go to the doctor, but not a bad experience at all
This clinic price gouged. They charged me more than $600 just to find out that my newborn baby did not need lip/tongue-tie surgery.
