First few visits were pretty good, but it keeps getting worse in the form of broken procedures. When they say they are working on something, I can no longer trust that that is true, and have to call multiple times a week to ensure it wasn't dropped or forgotten. I shouldn't have to manage the managers. I would really like to recommend this practice since I had a good experience on my one visit. However, the follow up has been disappointing to say the least. I was supposedly referred for a hearing test and a ct scan and was assured that the practitioner s to which I was referred would call me to set appointments but two weeks later I have heard nothing. Dr. Tran is the best! He’s caring and goes into detail as well as explains his procedures. He’s very down to Earth and enjoys having conversations with you which puts a person at ease during the procedures.
