I called Friday to have my parent's AC checked out in Forsyth. Lisa tried to squeeze me in but wasn't able to, which I understand at such late notice but they were out there first thing Monday morning with temperatures in the mid 20s. It was my first time using Head Heating and Air. Michael was able to troubleshoot the problem and replace the faulty part by 10:30 AM. Caleb and James came today and fixed my heat for me. They were absolutely awesome!!!! Thank yall so so much.
Michael and James installed a heat exchanger under warranty on my package unit today and were punctual, professional, and courteous. They took the time to explain the repair and answered all of my questions clearly. They left the work space completely clean and, more importantly, our heater functioning normally once again. Company was great from initially coming out to inspect heater on Monday to installation of new heater and air conditioning on Thursday. Matt and Larson were great when they inspected heater and found cracks in heater exchange unit. They were thorough and explained things. Mr. Head spoke with me couple of times getting everything set and explaining things. Lisa in the office was great.
