UPDATE: 5 years later, still 5 stars! We needed repair on our unit when the insulation on a wire in the outside unit got stripped over time by vibration against the edge of a passthrough in the metal case. The call was answered quickly by two competent and professional technicians, who went the extra mile with everything they did while they were here. I won't call anyone else for HVAC service.
