I was having problems with my upstairs air conditioner. My neighbors have recommended businesses for when you are in need of repairs. I selected Head Heating and Air Conditioning because several neighbors had used them and had a positive experience. Michael was my technician for my HVAC problem. Excellent customer service . They came out same day, Matt knew his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and had me back up within 40 minutes. In our case we had a newer inverter system that was leaking on the liquid line. I was unable to get the original installing company out but Head took care of it. Deonte and Matt were very professional, highly recommend.
They came out to service my unit, knocked a condensation pipe loose causing water damage on the kitchen ceiling, and then refused to acknowledge their mistake or make it right. All I asked was for them to pay my Mr. Fix it for the work he did. They refused. I guess when that unit dies, they won't be the ones to replace it... business lost.
