Super friendly and knowledgeable. I made an appointment and showed up on the wrong day. They still took the time to have a consultation with me and plan some next steps for my hair. Fair prices for the work done.
I went in to fix my bangs, but Caylee ended up cutting them shorter than I had planned, and they looked slightly uneven.
Love this place! I have been numerous times and the lobby is so cute and they give you beverages while you wait. I’ve liked every cut I got from there and so has my son. The stylists I have had all listened and made me feel so good.

While the staff was friendly, the overall experience fell well below professional expectations. I booked an all-over color based on the stylist’s listed availability. Once I arrived, I was told she did not have time to perform the service I booked. That should have been addressed before the appointment, not after I was already there.
