This place has gone downhill
Madi took care of me, my daughter and my mom all in one afternoon. She was professional, super kind, has a gorgeous personality and really cares about what she is doing. My mom is 83 and felt bad she didn't have any idea what she wanted and Madi said "no worries, we will talk it out and make sure it's perfect for you". She got all three of our cuts, and my daughter's color, PERFECT! She is a gem and she's the best!
I had a horrible experience at Head Case and the way it was handled leads me to warn others against booking this salon. I have to go on a last minute work trip and desperately need a haircut. I made an appointment on Saturday morning for a Sunday afternoon appointment with Mars. When I arrived I was told Mars wasn't there yet but she walks and should be there soon.
