Place is horrible. You can never get a hold of anyone when you call.
Once one of the greatest insurance companies in America with great customer service. I have been with company more than 25 years and I have watch it go from great to bad. It now takes up to 48 hours to call you back only you find out they not sure what they are talking about. Waiting another 48 hours for the under writer to respond to a simple request.
absolutely ridiculous wasted my time said my age wasn't an issue then last minute pulled the pull because of my age i have 8 years of driving experience but i'm a valet supervisor who drives all day. they wasted a lot of time and became very condescending.
Started as a great experience but the insurance agent Michelle dropped the ball and was very irresponsible
Moved our homeowner's insurance to another local agency after untimely responses to e-mails, several large premium increases, and being informed we could not get full water coverage with another carrier. New agency got not only get full water coverage, but also went from $5700 hurricanes/$2500 standard deductibles down to $1000/$1000 and still saved about $800/year in premiums.
