I’ve been going to this salon for 3 years and I have everything good to say. The environment is very kind and they always make me feel welcomed. Maria fixes up my hair beautifully and she is nothing but kind. She tells me the processes before she even starts and i truly appreciate that. My hair is very think and heavy, so I love that she can work with it. I normally get a balayage, cut, and blow dry. I even went here the day before my prom and I love the way she did my curls. I could not recommend this place enough.
My wife was recently at this hair salon, and she was highly upset. She showed them a picture of what she wanted, and instead of communicating to her that they couldn’t do it because of the color she currently had they continued to do it anyways telling her they could do it. She came home crying, and they made her still pay over $200. They also requested a tip from her even with the horrible service. Everytime I ask for a cut, they give me a cut I don’t want. Last time I went there, I said I want a shirt cut she gave me asymmetrical cut and a year later I’m still suffering from that cut because I have curly hair. I’m never going back
I had the pleasure of getting my haircut done by Nora. My hair needed some definition and texture and decided to give this place a try! Was not disappointed ☺️♥️
