Rented some portable heaters from Herc Rentals Benicia in connection with a “less than optimal” rental matter. And, while renting a couple of heaters is no big deal; what was a big deal was how helpful Shannon was throughout the entire experience. These days, good solid customer service is increasingly hard to find.
