Very talented designers. I was very pleased with my two arrangements and the recipients love them.
Same day delivery was nice. But the flowers were old and visibly brown. The fillers were dying and brown. Very embarrassing. This was a birthday gift. I also bought the premium, which is the most expensive one. Edit: these are your freshest flowers and fillers? Did you view the picture? Did you put this vase together? I don’t need a refund. This is constructive criticism, if this is your best that is fine. Btw I didn’t bring up the color issue regarding the purple flowers. The issue is that this is visibly brown.
