HDI Builders and Chris Drobney are terrible to work with. We have been in our house for 6 months and we have a crack in the foundation and water in the basement. HDI and Schneider Concrete are both unwilling to fix the damaged carpet, pad, baseboards and tack strip. I have been advised to claim it on my insurance. Chris doesn’t respond to text messages or phone calls and even told me he turns his phone off after 5pm during the week and it is off on weekends.
