Initially, Drew’s responsiveness was promising. But I regret choosing him for what I thought would have been a very simple task. I had reached out to Drew in January to replace the light bulbs on our tall ceilings (we did not have a tall enough ladder as ceilings are 15+ feet), as well a install curtain rods.
