I just called to make an appointment for mental health. The First Lady that answered the phone was kind but when I was transferred to the lady that sets up appointments or deals with new people it was horrible. She was rushing me and clearly upset that my service wasn’t good, I told her my insurance gave me a list of clinics and hdc was one of them and she told me “oh I don’t believe that” are you kidding? So unprofessional. Then she told me to ask if they take my insurance first before I “waste” people’s time.

I have been working with supports from HDC between ARMHS and case management for several years and I trust my case manager who is also my ARMHS worker. We have been together since before the covid lock down of 2020.
