I've been a client since 2022. I really enjoy working with the care coordinator, Salonia.
I am very happy participating in Argency HDA.This is different with another. I learned levels are difference. l get better. l am glad and really together .
This agency helped me get started with my home care services but unfortunately, I was not able to select them as my health insurance does not work with them, but I will always appreciate them for helping me with the form needed to get my service started. I would definitely choose them if I could and would if my insurance plan ever reaches an agreement with them.
Rachel & Goldy have been super amazing and helped me secure the additional much needed home care hours for my grandmother. If it wasn’t for their sincerity and compassionate support my patience would’ve ran up and I would’ve given up before the approvals came in. I was frustrated and tired of the long process but they assured me that it was worth it and to hang in there despite the waiting period and frustration.
