Don't stand behind the product they sell. I had a problem with a product I have used quite often and called them to discuss solution. They said a "manager" would get back to me and didn't even bother calling me back. Too big to deal with us small contractors now I'd say?
8/25 9:45am one of your company drivers blew a stop sign at 101st St NE and Naples St NE in Blaine nearly causing a major accident. The vehicle was an F550 flatbed, MN license plate YBT2636 Unit #L1271. I attempted to call several phone numbers for your company to express my concerns over this driver's behavior, one gentleman I reached promised me a call back from a manager which never occurred, the corporate office was unconcerned. Based on this experience, I do not recommend anyone do business with your company.
First time here and definitely wont be the last Raul was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and had my stuff ready to go at the right price. Thank you for the great help.
