Will have to contact the white cap hq. I believe the people in this branch are in violation of their own return policy. They think they are not responsible for the faulty tools they sell. It doesn't matter if it is the first day or not. Disappointing.

Staff was very unprofessional. I wanted to change a power tool that I bought the previous day as it stopped working. One of the guys made it so difficult when I wanted to return it, and he introduced himself as the manager when I wanted to speak with the manager. But it turned out he wasn't manager at all and he was lying too. I would never buy anything from them and never recommend this branch.

This branch of white cap does not honor their own policy when it comes to return and change. They act like they came from the space and don't know anything about what you say. They try to find loop holes in order not to take the faulty tools they sell. It's embarrassing for white cap to have such people.

Make sure you don't buy anything that has even a little possibility that it might be faulty or broken, as they will never accept returns or exchanges even if you take it back in the same day you purchase. They try to blame you for their faulty tools and items, then they try to make it so difficult for your that you would give up and leave.
