They aren't giving their employees heaters when it's cold cold more like freezing outside. This location doesn't care about their employees if they get sick or not. Business ethics aren't for humans but more about company profits because getting heaters isn't in the budget. This isn't right to make their employees stay in the freezing cold. Worst customer service in all the Houston white caps, lady's on the front desk are so rude and arrogant and they give a bad attitude all time.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They need to hire people that are willing to help a customer. Not just get a paycheck. We work hard out here to be able to get the job done and have people in back of counter that is horrible in customer service. Never again!
