Very poor customer service at White Cap. The staff had a bad attitude and did not seem willing to help. I had to wait a very long time to receive my order, and there was no clear reason for the delay. Customers are left waiting outside under the sun while orders are not handled in a fair or organized way. They aren't giving their employees heaters when it's cold cold more like freezing outside. This location doesn't care about their employees if they get sick or not. Business ethics aren't for humans but more about company profits because getting heaters isn't in the budget. This isn't right to make their employees stay in the freezing cold. They are probably trying to stay warm in dangerous ways that aren't safe for humans. Worst customer service in all the Houston white caps, lady's on the front desk are so rude and arrogant and they give a bad attitude all time.
