Jacob Mcquiston is by FAR the most unprofessional person I've ever met.
Need better costumer service
The staff were rude and not helpful, they made me follow them into the construction yard and they couldn't find an egress ladder for over an hour. Once they found the ladder, it wasn't the correct size. When asked for an explanation, they said "this is just how it is," I asked if they could discount the ladder as the description was misleading and it took too much of my time as I needed the city to pass the inspection, an employee rudely yelled out "no we can't!" Great place to deliver. Unloaded in 20 minutes plenty of room to maneuver and everyone was super nice.
The best for contractors, if you need to see how much something costs, you do not deserve to shop here, go to the big box stores, all tools, equipment and materials here are top notch. Customer service is excellent
