No doy un cero estrella porque no puedo , tengo apmt par las 8am y llegue a las 7:50 me dieron puerta enseguida, pero ahora si las 11 am y todavía no me descargan , estoy por perder la otra carga por recoger, por favor no den apmt si no te van a descargar, sean más responsable con los apmt
Had a great experience from the guard shack all the way to receiving appt was at 7am showed up on time was done and paperwork in hand by 8:05am not sure about overnight parking
They unload me one hour and thank you all staff
Dont follow the gps to get to the truck gate. Look at the picture to see where to enter. DO NOT BE LATE. 5 MINS LATE AND THEY WON'T TAKE YOU... Once you check in, they assign a door and sign the paperwork and give it back to you. Green, red , green, and you're good to go.
