I a screen for HD Supply. After several weeks, they sent me the wrong item. They could not send me a return label, or find a cariier to pick-up and return the item. I call their customer services 5-5 times about getting my money back, and they refused to return money or provide another item. The agent told me that the carrier they used is the ones who are responsible--not them. They wouldn’t return money. I place on order April 14 in the indio store there was a item that they could ge ardex 301 supposedly this item was abilable in Phoenix, never got it they dint3havecthe courtesy to call me, 1,500 order
