Where to start?!? HD skin is where you need to go, I have never experienced such wonderful customer service like I have here. It was my first time seeing Lily, and a few days before my appointment I received a welcome text saying she was excited to meet me and have me come in. HD Skin is truly the best place. Not only is the customer experience always 11/10 but Haley pours her heart and soul into every single client. She has helped me choose the right products for my skin and it's so refreshing to get that level of care from someone who is so passionate about what they do! Every time I step into the store it feels like home - so aesthetically pleasing and always smells incredible, I never want to leave!
Haley is perfection. She transformed my skin from a train wreck to feeling confident with only sunscreen on. Highly recommend if you have problematic skin and feel like you’ve “tried everything”.
HD skin is the best thing that’s ever happened to me!! She is so knowledgeable and trustworthy and has truly transformed my skin. I used to have terrible acne and she helped me with products and routine facials to get to a place that I dreamed of for so long. I only use products that she sells and trust what she puts on her shelf. I look forward to her facials the second I leave the last. Every facial feels so detail oriented and specific to my needs.
