Huge, HUGE waste of time. Jack came twice to prepare a proposal to do a relatively big project, said the quote was almost ready and then totally disappeared. No replies to my calls, emails or texts. Separately, he gave a proposal to my solar installer to repair some minor damage they made, the proposal was approved by the solar and then Jack stopped responding to them as well. I will take down this review if I figure out there were some special circumstances why Jack ghosted both me and the solar company. But meanwhile I hop... read more
