Do not rent from this company. They will take you for every penny they can. You will pay for the water sewage any repair or maintenance cost, snow removal of parking lot, lawn maintenance, electricity to light parking lot, light bulbs to like parking lot, replacement of any washers or dryers, and anything else you can think of. We are two senior citizens who had to go back to work just to afford to rent . They take 100% of my social security Plus income from a job just to pay rent.
