Wow I cannot say enough about Jacob. He is so responsive to calls and text. I am all the way in California but my grandmother lives in Plainwell and I needed someone that was honest to go look at her system. He immediately went to look at her system. He calls me to navigate what needs to be done. He is so affordable and honest. I definitely would recommend him to everyone. He is a true blessing to myself and my grandmother. Thank you for being so amazing.
