We were overcharged on some materials and didn't realize until we got back to the shop. I called, Josh handled it immediately without jumping though hoops or a lengthy process. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, thank you!
If you are a small customer and new to irrigation, do not shop here!! We went to Fowler to purchase components for an irrigation system for a community park. The community is low income; we are volunteers working on a small budget. They sold us components that were not compatible--the controller uses a 9-volt battery but the solenoids that open and close the valves needed 24 volts. Rude people they don’t care about truck driver They took 4 hours to unload my truck I have 2 more deliveries to unload i suggest all driver don’t waste your precious time here
