Put our job behind by a month. We'd call to ask questions about our order and would get the "we'll call you right back" and never received a call back. No one could even find our order. And then when we finally got a call back, it was just them saying they had no idea where our pipe was. Piss poor customer service and even worse reliability. Take it from me, go somewhere else.
