Everyone at HD Exteriors was professional, very communicative and super kind. Our Project Manager, Justin, and the two rock stars who installed our deck, Cruz and Santos were exceptional! Our deck is beautiful, and we are so pleased with how quickly and wonderfully it was done!
I didn't want to come here and write a bad review but these people are sales people first and constructors second. They use scummy sales tactics, like Dustin telling me that he can give us the "senior" discount because 'no one checks', and starting at a massive markup and then telling me how he can cut down the cost of my deck by circumventing all of these costs that he says are required by the company. Was impressed on HD’s communication and planning. Project move along smoothly and ontime with great communication . Project was a deck resurfacing, turn out amazing. Crews very respectful of home and property and delivered a great end product.
I had a great experience with HD Exteriors expanding our patio and installing a new paver patio and two steps. The finished project looks beautiful, and I’m extremely happy with the quality of the work. Geo was an excellent project manager from beginning to end. He was attentive, responsive, patient, and always willing to answer questions or help work through an issue.
