We had a deck and patio built by HD Exteriors in 2023. Not only were there dozens of problems with the quality of the deck built (which took numerous asks to fix), but they were defensive and difficult to get in touch with when we did have problems. Additionally, every time they sent someone out to fix something we found that was incorrect, something else was broken in the process. Very happy with the work
I really liked the light dekorator color but it almost immediately looked dirty, attracked all sorts of grime which does not come off easily. After just one year it looks terrible. Even the indoor flooring seems to absorb everything that drops on it. Would not recommend.
Graham Perry treated us like family! He helped us design our patio, gave us great ideas to set up the movement of our backyard, made sure we had a great selection of ideas, and genuinely cared about the costs to gain our vision at the best value. It felt as we knew him like a family member and so respected our property at every step!!
