6 people in my neighbourhood have been without electricity since 9/20, 4 days now, HD is apparently working with HOA to get this resolved. Once I called to check status and ask questions, Rusty was not able to answer any of my questions and stated he was driving in traffic, which to me, there is no answer, why answer if you are driving. Basically everyone is giving us the runaround. News stations have been contacted to look more into this mess.
Hands down the best guys I've worked with in a long time that had this quality of service! Amazing customer service and communication.
My work was done on 12/22/22 for 850 flat. Installed a 50 amp generator outlet and replaced a breaker. Quality service, kind and quick too. Workers were great, and a great experience overall.
