The owner apparently thinks he knows it all when sharing feedbacks about his employees messing up on your haircut who doesn't know how to do fades look at all their posts it looks unfinished my eyebrow still looks missing explained everything how frustrated it was as a customer it their job to actually listen & meet their customer's expectation needs feeling confident when leaving that chair not embarrassed going home or work with bad haircut yet he just shrugged it off as if none of what I said even mattered!
