Great shop have been stopping in for 10 years. Have helped me with several things. Most recently they really went out of their way to help me out, when I needed a new head unit installed. Great friendly service, very professional and at prices that cannot be beat at this quality!! If you need car work done go here!!!!
Erik and his team were awesome to work with. They were helpful in selecting a remote start system and quickly working me into the schedule in the middle of January. Highly recommend!
This place has it all!! Cool toys, great customer service with knowlegable staff available to help you make the right choices. The remote start we had installed will be so appreciated in Summer and in Winter. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door. I'm told they have a great detailing service too. So looking forward to trying that out. They have a large selection of auto accessories and can help create the car of your dream!! Thank you HD Audio!!
Be very careful with the “no returns” policy. That’s all. Had issues with this and was not fully taken care of.
I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars, and multiple years buying from HD Audio. I have NOT ONCE had a bad experience with this shop. The employees have always been extremely knowledgeable, and the shop had always has what I need. Quality products, and definitely the best in the area. Never hesitate to call them, they always take care of their customers. I've sent family and friends and people I don't even know to this shop because time and time again it is a great experience.
I go here for everything from audio installs to lights. Cj is cool as fuck and knows what he's doing. Ive had 4 different cars now all with installs and systems from here �
I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to have a my remote start removed from another company that was installed over 6yrs ago. CJ the person I spoke with understood the situation and we scheduled a 4pm appointment. I arrived a few minutes early only to find the doors are locked on a offsite install. I received no type of communication for a reschedule and then told completely the opposite info to help me once they didn't want to do the work. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Sorry we don't fix or remove remote starts bought elsewhere. Maybe next time instead of bashing a small business you'll use your time more wisley and research a better place to have your remote starts done at.
