Keep calling us, every day to serve our water tank. It’s owned by Enercare!!!!!! Was told to call the police, they are now investigating and tracking their calls to us. Can’t wait to go to court. Going to ask for millions in harassment charges against them.
They don't deserve even one star , I would give them zero star !!! My rental hot water has been leaking, they never came to fix it . They blamed parts are back ordered !! They advised me , instead, to shut off the water to stop the leak !!! I had to terminate my contract with them , and cancel it Fo not use their service
The hot water in our house is not working from last one week and each time we call the manager is so rude, cannot do anything about it just all they say it wait there is no ETA. Worse company to deal with. Do not recommend.
Since Thursday I called them to come fix my hot water but no one care and Since morning I called them 3 times they told me manger will call me in 1 hour but no one calling me. One of the worst company and worst customer service I have dealing in my life. They are management and dispatch is very unprofessional and disrespectful it’s been the third time I am staying without hot water for more then 5 days and they don’t care this company is ripping of people. Doesn’t deserve even 1 star.
