I rarely ever write reviews, but couldn't let this just go unnoticed. From the very start dealing with HCR has been a customer service and sales support nightmare. I was purchasing HCR Long Travel Suspension for 2023 Polaris Ranger Northstar. I purchased when there was a sale going on, but still paid almost $7,000 for the kit. I had asked if they could match a prior discount I saw over Christmas, but they said the price I was getting was the largest discount they had ever offered. 2nd Review after resolution. I spoke to the Same individual I have been working with on this entire process of getting the remainder of my parts. I did call him and he informed me that I should have received those parts by know and that he would check for a tracking number to send me. I was placed on hold for a few, Upon returning to the phone conversation. Poor Customer Service after my order was missing parts. I ordered a +2 high a-arm with 1” built in lift in August. Started installing early October. I’ve have an email chain and multiple conversations with a particular person and I still have yet to get the rest of my parts for this kit. Great looking system but poor customer services. I’ll keep this review going as the hopeful parts actual ever arrive or I receive a call or email with a tracking number.
