Manorcare had very poor communications with family of the patient. Very poor follow-up and fllow-through. During a 21-day stay, they finally figured out how to hook up her phone on day 20!
My Mom was in Manor Care Lancaster for a few days and at first it was fine. Then 4 days ago she got sick with diarrhea and then was vomiting for 2 days. They didn't give her anything, including something to vomit in. She called me crying and I went in and saw that she still had the hospital gown on she vomited on and was really sick.
