I was told not to tell them truth by them. I was direct to lie on paperwork. Someone came for basically just vitals. 15 min in house, 20 min sitting in their car afterwards. Then the bill they send. Like dang, is this for real. You be charging that much for no call no show PT sessions, sitting in my driveway for 20 min. Only 1 person was helpful there. Thanks Fern for all you did.
