Was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We waited for five hours to just get sent back to the room and when we got back there, the woman that was supposed to do my eyes was extremely rude and had no bedside manner. I’m 17 years old and I wasn’t able to answer my own questions. They were really rude to my 65-year-old grandmother who was just trying to let them know the problem I’ve been having I don’t recommend this place for anyone especially not if you really need the help. I am writing this from the room we have been sitting in for nearly 2 hours waiting to be seen by the eye Doctor for my 1 yr old daughter. They stated it is always like this and if I reschedule I’m likely to face the same problem. I Would not recommend this place due to poor experience, rude assistant and long wait times.

I would give them a 0 if I could. I was helping a disable friend whose cataracts are so bad she is totally blind, Walker Rehab set up the appointment with Loreck Anderson at HCMC. we have waited since March for an appointment for cataract surgery. Went in June to have eyes measured for lens and thought surgery would be Jun15, Doctor rescheduled as she said required 2 surgeons. I called trying to get a date set. Even called patient advocate. They gave me a number to call that was never answered and had no voice mail.This pers... read more
Can't even get someone to call me back to schedule an appointment. Very disappointing and frustrating.
