I am extremely disappointed by this clinic and Sarah Savengseuksa’s team. She refused to see me after I was 2 minutes late to an appointment. I completed the check in questionnaire online and because her medical assistant had already clocked out early and therefore could not see me. I had already taken off part of my work day to come see her and was two minutes late to my appointment due to traffic on Portland Ave during rush hour. Mixed bag of talent. Would like more consistency in the quality of care across providers. Timothy R Allen (dermatologist), in my experience, is a living representation of the bad doctor cliché. He had no interest in addressing root causes, only medicating symptoms with more prescriptions (which of course he benefits from financially). He denied me bloodwork saying that diet is not a factor with my psoriasis, even after I said clearly that acidic foods unquestionably trigger breakouts. Great staff and clean facility!
I went in for a preventative annual checkup, answered their questions and was told that because we discussed other things besides just, “taking my blood pressure” that there were now diagnostic codes. So I was charged for my annual preventative appointment which is included in my insurance since the office billed extra things. Oh and I was told I’m totally fine and healthy. :)
